Getting out and about and enjoying those odd days of sunshine, before the dark days of winter set in, is really important at this time of year. Luckily, Nordic walking is an activity that keeps going all year long and we have been making the most of these first days of autumn by adding a few new routes and places of interest around South Wigston and beyond.
Remember you can always call to suggest other walks and dates for the calendar and with our regular walks at only £2 per session there really is no excuse for you not to be getting active this October. Please remember it is important to book your place if you are a new walker to any of the groups to ensure we have the correct pole size available to you.
